How to Enroll
To enroll in a course, please follow these steps:
1. Email ESTC through the "Contact Us" link or email us directly at training@estctraining.com. Send us a note informing us which class you would like to take, or if you would like for us to set up a training class for your agency.
2. Once you register with us, we will send you a confirmation email.
3. If the class is held at our training site in Fredericksburg, you will be asked to also register with them to ensure a set is held for you. This is done for for a reason. Virginia DCJS requires your Social security number so you can obtain the proper DCJS inservice credit. WE WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER! The Academy will enter it into their system to ensure you are given the proper credit.
How do I, or my Agency, pay for a course
You can pay via credit card or check.
Payment should be made upon registration, or within two weeks prior to the training. Checks should be make payable to ESTC. An address will be forwarded to you with payment address.
Do you teach exclusively in Fredericksburg, or do you travel?
While most of our courses are taught in Fredericksburg, we have taken our courses to other agencies. If you are interested, please send us an email.
